When former cop Kakuta (Hiroyuki Watanabe) asks for help with a wire fraud case, Ryūmonji entrusts his men, including Kanbara (Yasukaze Motomiya), to deal with the criminals. However, a drug deal within the family is exposed, and Ryūmonji works to resolve it. Outlaws is an NBC Western television series, starring Barton MacLane as U.S. marshal Frank Caine, who operated in a lawless section of Oklahoma Territory about Stillwater.
